How do I set the code when I first get it?
First, switch the Reset Button in the latch from "OFF" to "SET" as the original combination is 0-0-0. Then, turn the dials to your desired combination (e.g.: 8-8-8). Finally, switch the Reset Button to "OFF" and you can now open the lock with the new combination.

Why would the handle of the luggage feel a bit shaky?
The slight degree of handle movement is to ensure long-term usage after extensive testing. If the handle is too tight, it may become unusable and even cause damage due to the principles of thermal expansion and contraction and lateral forces.
